TCA Creative Writing Tertiary Scholarships

$3,500 scholarships for students enrolled in a Masters of Creative Writing programme at participating Aotearoa New Zealand universities.

These scholarships support the next generation of authors, encouraging growth in the writing industry and advocating for publishing in Aotearoa New Zealand.

How it works

Students who have been accepted into a Masters of Creative Writing programme and are beginning their study are eligible. Students are selected by their tertiary institution based on the merits of their application and an assessment of their work. Scholarships are available to New Zealand citizens and permanent residents.

Value	$3,500 per recipient per year
